Your account

• You need an account to check out. Please give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels.

Products

Our balls are hand-made from natural leather, so small differences in colour, grain and seam finish between balls are normal and are not defects. Weights and sizes are within the ranges shown on each product page. Photos are representative; the ball you receive may look slightly different.

Prices and GST

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown in the cart before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• A GST invoice is issued for every order and can be downloaded from your orders page.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock runs out.
• You can pay online through PhonePe Payment Gateway (UPI, cards, netbanking) or by cash on delivery where available. Online orders that aren’t paid within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically.

Online payments

• Online payments are processed by PhonePe Payment Gateway, operated by PhonePe Private Limited. Your use of the payment page is also subject to PhonePe's terms and privacy policy.
• All prices and payments are in Indian rupees (INR). We do not charge any fee for paying online.
• An order is confirmed only after PhonePe confirms the payment to us. If money is debited but the payment fails or the order is not confirmed, the amount is reversed to your account by PhonePe or your bank, usually in 5–7 business days.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, tell us with the payment reference and we will refund the extra amount in full.
• Please raise any payment dispute with us first at contact@rightorbit.in. Raising a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may delay the resolution.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, UPI app or the payment gateway being unavailable.

Delivery

Delivery times and charges are explained in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our cancellation policy and returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Warranty

We replace balls with manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery. Leather balls wear with use; loss of shine, scuffing and softening from normal play are not defects. Use on concrete, in wet conditions or with substances applied voids this warranty.

Using this website

• Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape it at scale, or place fake orders.
• The Right Orbit name, logo, text and product photographs are our property or used under licence and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Complaints

Contact contact@rightorbit.in or +91 99668 19494. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Our Grievance Officer is Customer Care, Right Orbit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
